If you are happy and satisfied with your business with already as many customers and clients you can handle, then you probably don't need one. For most though, having online presence such as an official website not only gives credibility and is more pandemic and crisis-proof. A well-built one can most certainly grow your business.

Fantastic that you already have a website! If it's doing what you want it to do and bringing you more customers and clients than your business can handle, and you are satisfied with the way it looks, you clearly don't need a revamp.

Otherwise, for whatever reason your website is not performing satisfactorily, and you cannot get hold of whoever that's built it for you to update it, then we can help.

The process is straightforward, we build your new website without affecting your current one until you are ready to go live with the one we build for you, and we swap it in. The migration process can take as little as 10 minutes and we can handle it all for you.

We'd love to say yes and make major bucks for you but realistically, no. Not that we don't think your idea works, it's because usually something like Facebook, Airbnb, and Uber take much more than just a website (even with advanced functionality) to operate, you need software developers to ensure things run properly around-the-clock, and we're in no position to do that.

If you are starting afresh, yes you would need both a domain and hosting.   If not, you probably have both already and can continue to use your current domain and hosting provider(s).

A domain is your web address, and you see it typically in this format: www.your-website.com.  You need to pay to make that domain yours, sadly there's no lifetime pricing for it and you need to pay per year to keep it yours.

Hosting is renting space on the internet for your website to sit on and be accessed by anyone with connection to the internet.  Usually you pay per month or per year, the latter being cheaper.

No, if you're happy with your current service, then by all means, stay with your current provider(s). However, if you want us to help you maintain the website regularly, check speed and handle any server issues, then it's much recommended you switch. All you need to do is just provide us with details to access your current domain and hosting service and we'll make take of the rest.

You do.  We'll register it under your name, and address.

Absolutely not!  We only work with clients we can truly help and who is willing to work with us.

We don't take clients who:

  • want to build the next Amazon, Facebook or Airbnb
  • won't provide us information needed as discussed during the consultation and checklist phase
  • already have the exact design in mind and just need someone to create it (we suggest hiring a web designer to do the job, we bring way more expertise than just building your envisioned website)
  • expect money starts rolling in as soon as website is done (you need a very strong digital marketing strategy for your website to gain visitors and enough traffic to generate revenue, and we offer that service additionally if you need it)
  • cannot afford the pricing we set (our prices are transparent enough and we are clear from the start what your ideal website would cost)
  • want a website in an unrealistic timeframe (for simple sites, we can deliver in two weeks given you provide all content materials)

Yes, we're primarily based in Hong Kong but if you are somewhere or work in a very different time-zone, we suggest somebody else or until we have a branch in your country so you can get support during usual waking or business hours.

Typically no.  We might suggest upping your SEO game or giving your best content some added boost via ads, but you don't have to choose us to help you do it (though of course we'd love it if you do).

Shoot us an email at website@kapteev8.com with your question(s) or fill in the form below and we'll get back to you!
